From 22th June to 8th of August Kira & Lucas are intermittetly away - but the classes are on :)

The normal timtable for all open classes before 22th June and after 7th September is :

Here's a list of our Holidays !
and a printable .pdf file of the above timetable.

Classes go for 1,5 hrs (occasionally a bit longer).

All open classes can be attended without notice. No pre-arrangements necessary. Simply arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class and drop in.
In order to give beginners as well as more experienced practitioners the possibility to practice and learn according to their level, we have the following classes :

Beginners can join any 'Classic' or 'Open' Class, with the appropriate speed to focus on basic alignment. The difference is only the style of teaching :
In the Classic classes the poses are taught separately, one after the other, whereas in the Open Classes poses may be linked and combined into small sequences.

Dynamic classes are going a bit deeper and can occasionally challenge you, with some flowing sequences and longer holds in postures. This will give the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Asanas and their connection to the breath.
You may join this class when you have been to one of the previous classes before, but not for your first time.

Vinyasa : Sequential movement that interlinks postures, breath and movement to form a continuous flow. I.e. putting it all together to experience & enjoy the resulting focus.
After having finished your First timer block, feel free to try.

Restorative Yoga (New) :
A very slow paced, deeply rejuvenating class designed to bring your physical and mental state to a deep level of balance and relaxation through a passive, soft and supportive practise of Yoga Asanas, rather than from an active dynamic practise.
Through the use of bolsters, blankets, and belts your body is completely supported. The more supported your body is, the deeper the sense of relaxation -You surrender into the pose and this totally soothes, refreshes and revitalises your body and mind. Your energy levels are renewed and you will feel at ease and calm.
This way of practising Yoga is incredibly beneficial when your energy levels feel depleted and you are stressed and exhausted. However anyone, at anytime or stage in their life will reep benefits when restorative Yoga is practised. It makes a wonderful addition to any other style of Yoga Asana you may practise.
During this class there will also be time for gentle breath work (Pranayama), and sitting Meditation.

All classes are designed on a daily basis and vary and grow with its participants. Wherever you are, you'll be challenged and encouraged. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Generally (not so in the restorative :)) we prefer a dynamic style to keep the body & mind warm, soft & supple. Read more ...
