Das Teacher Training umfasst das Reglement der internationalen 200 Stunden Yogalehrerausbildung der Yoga Alliance Organisation®. 
Nach dieser erfolgreich absolvierten Ausbildung bist du anerkannte internationale Yogalehrer/in und kannst dich bei Yogaalliance registrieren.

Was ist Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga?

Vinyasa Flow Yoga ist eine kreative und dynamische Form des Yoga.
Hatha Yoga ist heutzutage ein Stil sowohl als auch eine Möglichkeit Yoga mit all seinen Facetten zu erklären durch die Silben "Ha" (Sonne) und "tha" (Mond). Hatha Yoga soll die beiden Grundenergien (Sympathikus & Parasympathikus) in unserem System harmonisieren. Man sagt auch dass Hatha Yoga der Ursprung aller heutzutage anwesenden Yogastile ist. Bei Hatha Yoga kann man immer von körperorientierten Praktiken ausgehen wie z.b. Asana, Pranayama, Mantra & Kriya.
Die Kombination des Hatha Vinyasa Flow lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der praktizierende Yogi kann ein holistisches Programm erwarten. Hatha Yoga kann statisch sowohl als auch zügige, einfache Praxis beinhalten und Vinyasa Flow ist immer eine fließende, kreative, intelligente Zusammenstellung an Asanas um Flexibilität, Kraft, Balance, Entspannung und Konzentration zu fördern.
