You may not have noticed :
There actually was NO Cookie Popup as you entered this site !
This is not, as you may fear, because we forgot, but rather because we do not need one.
Tracking has been limited to the absolute possible minimum, by pre-setting the usual choice of cookie-popups to : Do not track me'.
I.e. Instead of you clicking your way through the cookie-preferences-popup, and disagreeing to all except the necessary ones (to run the page), we have already made that choice for you.
Only strictly necessary cookies are used. No tracking cookies are allowed.
Legally this also means that yes, since we do NOT track you, and all necessary data is anonymized and used only for technical purposes, you do not have to go through the rather annoying process of disagreeing in the first place.
We already have done that for you & there is no need to ask permission not to track :) Imagine that.
We wish this were the standard. Therefore we made it so on our page.
The page still counts that someone visited, and google still has some insights which can be helpful to optimize the page, but tracking of your internet habits is switched OFF. Noone needs to know that you visited this page, and noone does :)
Update : ad Google Fonts. We have been using google fonts for technical reasons (speed mainly - this is important for a decent homepage). Google uses these to add data to it's user-profiling. If you do not wish to allow this, log out of (or never log in to) google as you browse the internet, or always use 'incognito mode' etc. It may also be an idea to ask google to delete your profile data once in a while. At least that's what the law says should work.
