lovely yogis,

as most of you know lucas is under the sheets with broken ribs and a resulting immobile neck. 

so i will take over his class today at 17:30.

pls vinyasa yogis enjoy taking jyotis class tonight as lucas is stuck in bed and our kids need us

hopefully the osteopath treatment he gets today will help. 

i will surely teach both my classes on thursday. time table continues as usual until further developments (both summer and lucas!)
